Acer will Launch Three Tablets
In the middle of the growth of tablet PC market that very high, Acer did not want to lose the opportunity. In fact, the company which better known as a manufacturer of PC / notebook directly introduced three models of tablet device at a time in New York, United States, Tuesday (11/23/2010).
All platforms were supported to provide choices for consumers. Each tablet size of 10 inches using Windows from Microsoft and the tablet 10 inches and 7 inches using Android platform version 3, called Honeycomb. All three tablets devices will be available in the market in February 2011.
The first tablet that uses the Windows operating system will work with AMD processors and equipped with two cameras on the front and rear. This device also equipped with WiFi and 3G connections for internet access. 15 millimeters in thickness or slightly thicker than Apple iPad 13.4 mm.
The second tablet, Android 7-inch equipped with high resolution screen 1280 x 800 pixels. Have dual-core processor without specifically mentioned model. At the front there is a camera webcam. Like the first one, this tablet also features WiFi and 3G support connection.
While the third tablet that uses the Android operating system and 10-inch screen will be equipped with an HDMI port and supports 1080p HD video in multimedia formats. Only 13.3 mm thick and equipped with WiFi connectivity and supports 3G.
Acer did not reveal how much price for each of these tablets and will be released when Honeycomd launched. Honeycomb is the third version of Android that is designed to support the tablet device for the first time.
