Oracle Sues Google

oracleOracle Corp. has sued Google Inc. for alleged patent infringement and intellectual property. Oracle accuses Google’s Android system is applied on the smartphone has violated the Java software patents.

Unfortunately, the Google spokesman Andrew Pederson declined to comment on the lawsuit. He said the company was not yet studied the lawsuit.

Oracle, producers of software and other technology, the patent claims as the owner of Java programs after the acquisition of Sun Microsystems in January last. This Java program can be used for various computer applications, sites, and mobile phones.

In his complaint posted to the district court of Northern California, U.S., Oracle says the software violates a patent-based Android using Java applications. For this violation, Oracle asked Google to stop the development and spread the Android system. Oracle is also demanding damages for the breach of it.
