Re: Need Pc suite for MT6225 (China phone)
I don’t think any pc suite or any software is available for any china phone to connect it to computer. The data cord they have provided must be for using the phone in data storage mode ( to transfer data i.e audio and video ) only therefore accessing the internet on your pc using your cell phone is not possible.

Re: Need Pc suite for MT6225 (China phone)
MT6225 E71 phone has different modes of operation which can be selected.Put your phone in to modem mode and connect it to pc. Windows will detect it as an external modem and will install the drivers automatically but this is possible only if you are using Windows Xp.After the installation you will be able to browseinternet from your pc but the speed wont be that great.

Re: Need Pc suite for MT6225 (China phone)
Actually there is no need for any software to make internet work on your computer through your mobile phone. You just need a Bluetooth dongle with USB 2.0 support. Connect the bluetooth dongle to your pc install its driver–now connect your mobile phone to your pc through bluetooth–now go to internet settings and create a dial up connection (enter the number to be dialled provided by the network provider). That’s all you need to do.

Re: Need Pc suite for MT6225 (China phone)
There are some drivers and pc sync software available online which will work for e71 china phone. Download the drivers first and install it on the computer with the phone connected to your pc.After installing the drivers, install the pc sync software by selecting the connecting port as Com port. Once the installation is complete, restart your pc. After restarting, open the pc sync software and select the connecting port as USB. Now you will be able to access internet as well as transfer data to and from your mobile phone.

Have You Given Any Thought To a Home Broadband Phone? If Not, You Should.

If you had the opportunity to save hundreds, if not thousands on a home broadband phone, would you at least consider it?

If you aren’t familiar with what a home broadband phone system does, it uses technology called VOIP.   What VOIP is Voice Over Internet Protocol.

VOIP takes the sound that you get from an analog phone and converts it into a digital sound.  You have heard of digital phone service, right?  It is the same concept here.

It can be converted into digital format because it goes through the internet instead of a traditional phone line.  Now of course, there is a lot more to it than just that, but you get the concept of a home broadband phone service.

The reason why it is so much cheaper to use a home broadband phone company because you are simply using the existing technology.  The overhead involved to upkeep a digital phone service is so much less than the traditional phone services..

When was the last time you took a look at your phone bill?  I am guilty of not checking it every month.  I had a bundle program through my cable provider in which I had my phone, internet and cable services all on one bill.

This is where they get sneaky.  It is hard to decipher how much you are actually paying for each service.  Well when I heard about this VOIP technology, I did a little research.  I was paying almost a month for phone service that I rarely even used!  I never noticed really because I was “conditioned” to pay the same amount each month.  Add my cell phone bills each month for my wife and I and now we are up to over 0 a month!!

Since then, I have changed phone companies.  My monthly home phone plan costs me –

A WHOPPING per month!

What I like is that I do not have to skimp out on the traditional “extras” that we are used to.  I still get caller ID, call waiting, 911 capability and voice mail.  The only difference is that I am paying more than 60% LESS than I was before!!

So I get all the features, but I also have the option to get a second line FOR FREE if I want to!  This is a great feature for families with kids that want their own phone line or if you need another line for your business, etc.  Not to mention, I believe that the call clarity is far superior than a traditional land-line.

I think that you are starting to realize that it is time to make the switch like I did!

A home broadband phone is far superior than your regular phone line.  If you want to save money like I did, you should give a home broadband phone a shot.

Nokia N96 – Say Hello to the Most Anticipated Mobile Phone of the Year!

Based on what I’ve been hearing from the average mobile phone user on the street, there’s one mobile phone that’s has got people excited like no other (even more than the iPhone or the first Google phone, according to our customers): the Nokia N96. Read on to find out why!

Nokia Nseries mobile phones – a brief history of awesomeness

Who remembers the days when mobile phones were ugly, brick-like things, that did, basically, nothing? Bad times, they were, believe me. Since then, of course, numerous mobile phones have come along to enlighten us all about what handsets can do, and arguably one of the most popular product ranges, from that respect, is the world-famous Nokia Nseries, that began way back when, with the triad of the N70, N90 and N91. Even just from those first three mobile phones, it was clear what Nokia had in mind for the Nseries; they weren’t going just for phones, they wanted full-on mobile computers, convergence devices that made calls, took photos, let you get full internet access and so on. They may have gone down specific routes for specific mobile phones (Nokia N76 trying to make convergence sexy, anyone?), but the basic formula ( top-end phone features + top-end multimedia + top-end camera + whatever other features you can shoehorn into a mobile phone) has always been there.

Never has that been more true than in the brand new, mind-bendingly cool Nokia N96, reckoned by some to be the new king of multimedia mobile phones.

Nokia N96 – a shopping list of all the coolest features

Where to begin, with a mobile phone as cool as the Nokia N96?

How about we start with the first thing most people ask about when they see a new mobile phone: what’s the camera like on the Nokia N96? Coming in at 5 megapixels, and packed with loads of extras like autofocus, flash, and Carl Zeiss lenses, it’s definitely a top-ender, and one of the best 5 megapixel shooters out there. The other features don’t disappoint either, with GPS and HSDPA internet access, making the Nokia N96 one of the most feature-packed mobile phones out there. But it’s with multimedia that the Nokia N96 really shines, since the video playback is some of the best I’ve seen on ANY mobile phone, it has 16Gb of memory to store tons of video clips, and it supports DVB-H mobile TV. It gets better though, because the Nokia N96 is one of the few mobile phones on the market that has the BBC iPlayer, let you get on demand to all the BBC’s best TV shows, wherever you are!

You even get a little kick-stand on the back, so you can stand the Nokia N96 up to watch it!

Nokia N96 – is it really as good as it’s cracked up to be?

Ok, so the Nokia N96 is advanced, but is it really the mobile phone you should drop your cash to buy? Well, there’s no denying it’s sexy. Very sexy. It’s easily one of the glossiest, best-looking mobile phones on the planet, I reckon, and it’s definitely going to catch your eye. But it’s not just about looks, and power-wise, this gorgeous beastie from Nokia is going to give you a lot to play with. Ok, sure, it’s an expensive phone, but you get what you pay for, without a doubt, and the Nokia N96, in my opinion, is one of the few mobile phones that is worth the asking price!

Mobile Phone Uk: Breaking New Ground

Mobile phone industry is booming as everyday a new model of mobile is launched. But in the current scenario, the buzz on the wireless telephone front is the iPhone due to its extraordinary features. The iPhone has something important going for it that no previous mobile phone has ever had. One is its style and other is its features like add web browsing, email with your current address, Google Maps with what is supposed to be the best user interface for that app on any platform, integrated iPod, plus all in an easy to use Apple Interface.

In mobile phone UK market, these unprecedented-features-loaded iPhone are the hottest buzz. Some of this mobile phone features are: voice calls like any other phone are a simple function included and visual voicemail is also included. SMS messaging is made better by a full, visual keyboard that you can use to send messages as well as storing the messages sent and received much like an instant message conversation. Photos come in organized and easily viewable gallery-style with zoom and pan features. You can sync your photos with a computer or take them with the 2-megapixel camera included.

Furthermore, iPhones come with the ability to play media, both music and video as expected in an iPod-style interface. Email, Contacts and Calendar work much like you’d expect in a smart phone. Something you might not expect is that you will need iTunes to setup your account according to Apple. An Internet browser, mapping software – much like Google Earth, many widgets – weather, stocks, etc, and the much advertised YouTube player built-in.

Apple’s new iTunes store supplies songs and ring-tones direct to devices via Wi-Fi, and Jobs pointed out that Wi-Fi is the optimum channel for media downloads anyway. To cement this point, Apple’s U.K. launch included a deal with The Cloud that will give iPhone users free access to its 7,500 hot spots in the U.K. Apple has already announced the launch of the iPhone in the UK. The handset will retail at £269 plus a monthly contract fee of £35, £45 or £50 per month from O2.

In the UK a rel=”nofollow” onclick=”javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link']);” href=”http://www.cheap-mobile-deals.com”>mobile phones industry, the iPhone will look for the fastest network and flawlessly switch to it. And it will be a massive hit and will be sold out everywhere. So, if you want to one of the lucky few who gets there hands on this stylish piece of equipment then you better be quick!

Mobile Phone Buyer's Guide: Battle of the Operating Systems

It looks like 2010 is going to be the year of the smartphone. The iPhone 4 is everywhere, pacifying sulky children in airports, directing tourists turn-by-turn and replacing newspapers wedged under the arms of commuters.

Competition has already stepped up though and other key manufacturers are offering hot alternatives to the Apple mobile phone with the Nokia N8, Samsung Wave, Samsung Galaxy S i900 and the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. Meanwhile, the biggest rival to the iPhone, the HTC Desire, may be trumped by its upcoming younger brother, the HTC Evo 4G.

Besides hardware, what sets these phones apart are their different operating systems. With a smartphone you are sure to be using this feature constantly so it’s imperative you get the right platform. Check this simple guide to the pros and cons of the major operating systems.

Android

First launched 2008
Approximately 3 million handsets
Full multitasking
Latest OS 2.2
Approx 65, 000 apps
Native Bluetooth file transfer

The youngest of the operating systems, Android is rich in modern features like homescreen widgets, live wallpapers and integration with social networking.  If you’ve got a Google account Android is especially effortless, pulling your contacts, calendar, maps favourites and gmail in seconds. The OS checks for updates regularly and it’s Marketplace has thousands of apps to install on your HTC, Samsung, Sony Ericsson  or Motorola mobile phone.

BlackBerry

Launched 2002
Around 120 million handsets
Multitasking although limited on some devices
Latest OS 5.0 but 6.0 available soon
3000 apps
Bluetooth file transfer limited by file type

The BlackBerry OS is well-established and designed for the distinctive BlackBerry QWERTY keyboards. Given its strong positioning for email, the BlackBerry OS excels at bringing all your email, texts and instant messaging together. This year expect the platform to get a robust update to keep a competitive contender.

iOS

Launched 2007
Approximately 60 million handsets
Multitasks on the new iOS4
Approx 200, 000 apps
Bluetooth file transfer not native

The iOS is proprietary meaning it only runs on iPhone handsets and Apple hardware, and has been designed around a capacitive touchscreen. Keeping close to Apple’s functional design principles, the platform encourages interacting simply and directly with features on-screen. The other great strength of the iOS is the App Store, allowing you to customise your phone for personal functionality. And finally with the updated iOS4 Apple handsets can handle multitasking.

Symbian

Launched 1998
Approx 400 million handsets
Full multitasking
Latest OS is the Symbian^3
Approximately 2, 500 apps
Complete support of Bluetooth file transfer

Blog support for Nokia has been subsiding as Nokia fails to bring out a resilient flagship smartphone. Nevertheless, it is still a market leader due to high sales of keypad-driven phones like the N95 and off the back of this Symbian is dominates by virtue of volume. Symbian has always been strong in multitasking but its success comes in working on low-mid range price mobile phones.

Windows Mobile has been generally left behind in the battle of the platforms but keep an eye out for its new iteration due at the end of the year. Windows Mobile 7 might just turn Microsoft’s luck around.

Nokia N900 Mobile Phone Review

The Nokia N900 is a portable internet gadget and smart phone, from Nokia based on the maemo platform, superseding the N810(As Nokia N800 and Nokia N810 were criticized about the big sizes, it seems the N900 will be a bit smaller, just like iPhone, with a 3.5? screen). It runs maemo Linux 5 as its default OS and is the first Nokia mobile based upon the TI OMAP3 microprocessor. The Nokia N900 is the first Maemo gadget to include mobile functionality (GSM and 3G) unlike the internet tablets. It functions as a 5 MP cam, the music and video player, and a portable internet tool with mailing and web browsing resource. Stay online anywhere in worl with cellular connectivity over HSPA for broadband and you can do photo sharing with hi-def cam – imaging and photo-sharing. When it comes to storage capacity, Nokia may have 16GB home storage capacity, as well as a mini SDHC slot to proffer it to your wants.

Nokia Maemo platform:

Maemo is a higher Linux-based mobile OS designed to run on high-end cell computers. Maemo is an open platform that runs on open devices. It has Linux at its core, but Maemo also has heaps of other software components maintained by communities of open-source developers. The platform is based on well-known technologies that are generally used in the free software commune. Best of all, you can benefit from the work has done by other developers as quickly as you take your Maemo device out of the box. Being an open-source platform, it enables the community to freely to modulate and continuously develop software to give added meaning to all Maemo users.

Detailing mechanism description:

The Nokia N900 brings the strength of notebook to mobile device. It’s a high performance portable notebook mobile with superior Maemo 5 software on Linux. Explore Nokia N900 features like multitasking on a live Dashboard, wide screen video capture, 3,5″ WVGA touch screen (800 x 480 pixels), QWERTY keypad and private sable panorama desktop. The Nokia N900 also features 1 GB of application memory and up to 48GB of storage. Maemo browser is powered by Mozilla Technology and includes Adobe Flash 9.4 and full AJAX support. Wi-Fi and 3.5G connectivity provides abstain access to Internet. Capture high quality photos and wide display videos using 5Mpix camera with Carl Zeiss optics. Tag photos and browse them using the tag cloud, and see where images were taken with the automated geo-tagging. Merge your phone book, Skype contacts and other contacts into an all-in-one address book. And genuinely, N900 has a mobile application for voice calls.

Availability and worth:

The Nokia N900 was launched in markets from October 2009 with an estimated retail worth of EUR 500 in UK market without sales taxes and subsidies. The Nokia N900 will be displayed at Nokia World, Stuttgart, on September 2.

Review:

Unlike other mobiles from Nokia which work on the Symbian OS, the N900 operates on a Linux based OS named Maemo 5, which emphasizes on the statement that the N900 smart phone will work more like a mobile laptop. The descision to switch to Linux as the OS makes the N900 a potential contender to give the Google’s Android and the iPhone from Apple a fierce competition. The widescreen is more like the desktop of your home computer. Also, there can be multiple desktops called the panoramic desktop which lets you have your widgets, daily schedules, and shortcuts to applications that you necessity at one single place. The access to these multiple desktops is made possible by the Dashboard, which is more of a live task switcher. This means that the customer can view 1all the messages, conversations, chats, and every web space that is open with the press of a release button. Besides this, all these can be open simultaneously.
